He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Perry. He is survived by: his father William D. Perry, Jr.; his children, Nathan West, Kadence Perry and Brennen Perry; his granddaughter Sanda Elizabeth West; and his brothers, Shawn Perry, William D. Perry, III and D. J. Perry. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
