He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry King and Elizabeth King (Newton); his wife Anne Van Slyck; and his brother Harry King of Exeter, NH. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Edith Van Slyck of New York, NY; and his children, Peter Caldwell King of Eugene, OR, Margaret King O'Day of Exeter, NH and James Rogers King of Wheaton, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
