He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Howell and Hazel Howell (Swecker); his wife Pamela E. Howell; his sister Deanna Joyce Currence; his sons, Ryan Howell (Katherine) and Brett Howell (Carrie); his grandchildren, Tobias, Peter and Lydia; and his sister Garlene Moore. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
