It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherwood E. Bain of Exeter, New Hampshire, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on December 30, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George T. Bain and Mabel Bain; his children, George S. Bain of Syracuse, N. Y., Henry W. D. Bain of Waltham and Margie B. Huoppi (Richard) of Pomfret Center, Conn.; his grandsons, Peter M. Huoppi (Jennifer) of Quaker Hill, Conn. and David A. Huoppi (Hannah) of Exeter, N. H.; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Anna, Aaron, Reid and Kai Huoppi.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Benigno Aquino Jr. Scholarship at Phillips Exeter Academy or Cambridge Community Foundation.
