She was predeceased by: her parents, Katie McLaughlin Maio of Wethersfield, CT and Paul Fortuna of Longs, SC.. She is survived by: her sister Pamela Jeroszko (Brian); her children, John and Katelyn; her sister Jessica Hebert (Matt); and her children, Liam and Payton. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
