He is survived by: his mother Gail Keach (Fogarty); his children, Sarah Sebastiao (Jared) of Warren, NH and Russell Pelchat of Adairsville Ga; his grandchildren, Declan Sebastiao, Christopher, Ashlee and Mason Pelchat; and his sisters, Susan, Evelyn Kodman, Karen Jimino, Raylene Davis (William) and Brenda Basoeki (Robby).
