He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Hughes and Elizabeth G. Hughes (Lucey); and his brothers, Robert J. Hughes and Philip B. Hughes. He is survived by: his daughters, Diane E. McFarland (Chuck), Patricia M. Hughes (Roy Peterson) and Janet L. Anderson (Jobriah); and his granddaughter Kellen Meimei Peterson of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by two nephews, two nieces, two grand-nephews and three grand-nieces.
