Meanwhile, as a Quaker at Dover Friends Meeting, she led Creating a Peaceful World through Sustaining our Planet with potluck, speakers, films, & discussion of topics such as neocon wars,Transition Towns, health dangers of corn syrup. She was active in NAACP and drew inspiration from Native American insight that humans are part of nature, not stewards over it.”
