He is survived by: his wife Ashleigh Chamberlain; his sons, Riley Chamberlain of Seabrook and Ethan Chamberlain of Seabrook; his mother Carol Chamberlain Conroy; and his stepfather Mike Conroy of Farmington, NH. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
