She was predeceased by: her parents, John MacDonald and Helen MacDonald (Castine); her husband Peter Gates; and her sisters, Joan Santoro and Jeanette Mills.
She is survived by: her niece Pamela Burnell (Thomas); her nephew Shawn Mills; her great-nephew Chris; her great-nieces, Rachel and Melaine; and also Emily.
A wake was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Parish (9 Lincoln St, Exeter, NH 03833).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Michael's Parish in Patricia Gates' name. Patricia's memory will live on through her love of family, her commitment to her faith, and her many contributions to her community.
