She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Reilly and Catherine O'Reilly (Walk); and her husband Arthur Sultzer. She is survived by: her children, Liz Sultzer (George Dietz), Kimberly Sultzer and Andrew (Shae Sultzer); her stepchildren, Jessica Clancy (Shannon Clancy) and Marc Sultzer (Taylor Sultzer); her grandchildren, Will, Ryan, Ellie, Killian and Peter; and her siblings, Mary Cooney, Tom O'Reilly and Mike (Maureen O'Reilly). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
Pat was a registered nurse her entire career from 1974-2020, most recently with Summit Commons in Providence, R. I. In 2020 she survived a long battle with COVID-19, and subsequently moved in with her daughter Liz and family in Kensington, NH.
