He is survived by: his wife Deb; his sons, Ian and Shane; his daughter-in-law Jessica; his grandchildren, Ava, Hazel and Jamieson; his siblings, Jerry Winter (Angie) of Philadelphia, PA, Brenda Arnold (George) of Rapid City, MI, Derek Winter of Exeter, NH, Jeff Winter (Maureen) of Goldsboro, NC and Cindy Waters (Steve) of Eliot, ME.; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Welsh (Tracy) and Michele Wilson (Edward). He is also survived by friends, visiting friends, and making friends.
