She is survived by: her children, Charles S. Faulkner, Jr. (Denise), Leigh Smith (Rick Hemeon) and Constance Czaplyski; her grandchildren, Megan, Charles, III and James; her great grandchildren, Emily and Owen; and her great great grandchildren, Marley and Beverleigh.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Center Cemetery.

Donations may be made the Alzheimer's Association.
