She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Phyllis Lappas; and her grandfather Robert F. Chase. She is survived by: her parents, Mary Connor (Walter) of Florida and Gregg Chase; her children, Avery and Damon; her brother Timothy Chase (Sarah); her grandmother Donna M. DeSantis (Ron) of Florida; and also Alexei Nichypor (Kacie). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
