He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daly and Marcella Daly; and his sisters, Mary, Evelyn and Eileen Daly.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his niece Barbara Lozano; his daughters, Chrissy (Shaun Barre) and Virginia Romano of Hilton Head; his grandchildren, Avery and Anthony; and his niece Theresa Passeti of New York.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute or Rockingham County VNS and Hospice.
