He is survived by: his wife Sheila Welch; and his children, Paddy Nicholls (Shane), Meg Miller (Tyson), John Welch (Debby), Victoria Chase (Tod), Jan Jelleme, Lisa Jelleme-Miller (Ricker), Carl Jelleme and Alexandra Zerba (Mark).
