He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Hallsen and Marie Hallsen (Belliveau); his wife Carol Hallsen (Souther); his stepson John Peterson; his brother William Hallsen; his stepchildren, Lori Dellofano and Earl Frost III; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Brittanie and Kassandra. He was also cherished by 2 nephews, 1 niece.
