He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Marshall and Mary "Elsie" Marshall (Mullarkey); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" J. Marshall; his sister Margaret "Peggy" Dudley Marshall; and his daughter Susan Mary Bennett (Marshall).
He is survived by: his son Jack D. Marshall; his grandchildren, Timothy John Marshall, Gregory Edward Marshall, Bradley Jacob Marshall, Meghan Bennett and Molly Bennett; and his great grandchildren, Linnea and Theodore.
