Kusiak (Lt) of Norfolk, VA, Paul Kusiak, Agnes R. Patch, RN of Cape Coral, FL and Frederick E Kusiak (Captain) of Exeter, NH.. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, several grand nieces and nephews and her beloved cat.
