She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Stevens and Goldie Stevens (Davis); and her husband George E. Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Steven Carpenter (Marty) of Vinalhaven, ME, Bill Carpenter (Ginny) of York, ME, Ann Hawkes (Tom) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Jean Whittet (Bob) of Rye, NH.
