She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry L. Burley and Ethel Burley (Fieldsend); her husband John P. Boylan Sr.; and her children, Marlene Matchett, Paul Thornbro and Robert Thornbro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Adeline Bennett, Robin Crawford, Donna Collis and Julienne Dolliver. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren.
