He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Affannato and Susie Affannato; and his siblings, Rich, Tony and Geraldine.

He is survived by: his wife Ann (Buckley); his children, Susan Figlioli (David), Chuck Affannato (Denise), Cheri Affannato, Joy Copp (Jim) and Matt Affannato (Kerri); his grandchildren, Jenna, David, Anthony, Julieann Figlioli, Chris Affannato, Tara Van Dyke, Nicole Affannato, Vincent, Cady, Leah Capone, Jacob, Amelia and Sylvia Copp; his great grandchild Anabelle Lorance; and his brother George Affannato.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 166 South River Rd #210, Bedford, NH 03110.
