He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B. Thayer, Jr. and Annah B. Thayer; his brother Harry B. Thayer; his brother-in-law Donald Parr; and his granddaughter Audrey Frances Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his daughters, Kimberly Myers (Jay L. Myers) of Exeter, Meghan Oathout (Brett Oathout) of Montville, Maine and Heidi Marble Thayer (J. Taylor Marble) of East Boston, MA; his sisters, Susan Parr and Holly Clymer (Sam Clymer); and also, Noah, Cassidy, Sage, Elliott, Tanner, Trudy, Addison and Edna. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
There will be a celebration of Charlie's life at the Exeter Congregational Church post Covid -19.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Audrey Frances Myers Scholarship Fund for Acorn School, Stratham, NH, (where Charlie was known to moonlight as "Mr. Bingle" in celebration of the winter holidays) would be greatly appreciated.
