The memory of Arthur B. Elwell of Exeter, New Hampshire, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 2, 2024 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Arthur may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Elwell (Broatch); his parents, Edward R. Elwell and Ruth Elwell (Newhall); and his siblings, Edward Elwell (Barbara), Ruth Kozlowski, Christine Hathaway and Charlotte Beaton.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Elwell (Brenda) of Lynn and Dorothy Hyde (late James) of Lynn; and his sister-in-law Janet Broatch of Saugus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (164 Winter St, Saugus, MA 01906).
