With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia L. DeCosta (Epsom, New Hampshire), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Lefty" Gaffney and Jean Gaffney; her siblings, Robert, Chrissy and Jill; and also Susan.
She is survived by: her husband Mark DeCosta; her children, Katie Swicegood (Craig), Becca Browne (David) and Jacob; her brothers, Jack, Micheal and Joey; and her grandchildren, Cordelia, Tyler, Jordan, Alainnah-Kate, Lilly, Max and Carrick.
