O'Keefe; her son Matthew Hayes; her husband William "Bill" Carruth; her son Patrick Hayes (Marloes); her granddaughters, Anna and Sien of Zwolle, Netherlands; her adoptive daughter Natalia Brazhnik of Germany; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Hayes of Red Oak, TX; her stepchildren, Lisa (Barry Schweitzer) of Quechee, VT, Tobi Beman (Robbie) of Westfield, MA and Robert Carruth (Emma); her stepgrandchildren, Olivia Landsman (Charlie), Benjamin Schweitzer of Quechee, VT, Jacob, Tyler, Hailey Beman of Westfield, MA, Charlie and Oscar Carruth; and also, Sean and Harry Landsman. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
