She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophile Ricard and Rinda Ricard (Shawney); her children, Scott Halvorsen and Sonja Halvorsen; and her sister Grace Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Halvorsen; and her children, Stephen Halvorsen (Ann) of Ocala, FL, Ronald Halvorsen (Debra) of Litchfield and Starr Hartle (Bob) of Dallas, TX.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
