He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Elkins of Concord and Madeline Drew (Elkins) of Chichester; his wife Joan Elkins (Shaw) of Epsom; and his daughter-in-law Patriciia Elkins of Portsmouth. He is survived by: his parent John Elkins; his daughter Joan; his siblings, William Elkins (Carole) of Pittsfield, Sally Feathers (Elkins) of Concord and Mary Lee Seibert (Elkins) of Contoocook; his children, Jane Stock (Elkins Volpe), Paul and James; his grandchild Victoria M. Volpe of Pittsfield; his wife Kristy; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Bouzakine of Portsmouth, Scarlet Elkins of Stuart Florida, Slap Jack and Zave Volpe (Xavier Gordon) of Pittsfield; and also, Sybil Elkins (Corson), Lyndsay Bouzakine (Hirko) and Ashley Elkins. He is also survived by wife of 53 years, and moved to Chichester, to live with his daughter.
