He is survived by: his wife Dawn Thulin (Muzzy) of Epsom; and his siblings, Ronald Thulin of Derry, Michael Thulin of Utah, Thomas Thulin of Utah, Daniel Thulin of Utah, Patricia Thulin, Karen Thulin-Mosley of Arizona and Joanne Thulin of Utah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
