She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Owen and Ruth D. Davis (Bessette); her uncle Clarence Leon Bessette; and her nephew Leo K. Witham. She is survived by: her husband Bill Rene Carmel; her niece Marcia Witham; and her siblings, Shirley and Keith Owen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roan Family Funeral Home.
