He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Beaton and Eleanor Beaton (Sweatt). He is survived by: his wife Lorna Ross of Chichester; his daughters, Mara Beaton of Richmond, VA and Tori Beaton of Richmond, VA; his stepson Matt Marquis (Rosalia) of Mt. Vernon; his sister Bonnie Rozzo of Dover; his niece Jessica Rozzo; his nephew Jason Rozzo; and his pet Tippy.
