It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E. Velsor (Epsom, New Hampshire), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield J. Whitehead and Margaret E. Whitehead; and her son Steve Bartlett. She is survived by: her husband John P. Velsor; and her son Tom Fortier of Chichester. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
