She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Gladys LaRoche (Demeritt); and her husband John Pender. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Hoadley (Ronald) of Pittsfield; and her stepson John E. Pender, Jr. of Strafford. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
