He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Eli Bouchard Sr. and Alice Bouchard (Yergeau). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Bouchard; his son Thomas Eli Bouchard III; his uncle Louis Bouchard; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law and their husbands, along with several nieces and nephews.
