She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Helen (Brown) and Richard Melvin Rand; and her husband Robert Duncan Baillargeon, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Duncan Baillargeon, Jr. of Eliot, ME and Linda Mosher of Woonsocket, RI; and her sisters, Helen Douglass and Beverly Regoulinsky. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Sandy's name may be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society, 300 Old Route 10, Enfield, NH 03748.
