He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hoar and Rita Hoar (Frazer). He is survived by: his wife Ann Winter; his children, Barry, Elizabeth and Aaron; his grandchildren, Corrina, Colin and Eleanor; and his siblings, Richard Hoar, Jean Mayo, Gerard Hoar and Steve Hoar.
