He was predeceased by: his father William G. Flad; his stepson John Green; his brothers, Ralph Flad, John Flad and Phillip Flad; and his pets, Maddie and Beau.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Flad (Gness); his stepdaughter Jessica Green; his brother William Flad; his grandchildren, Adam Martin, Wyatt Shepard, Zoey Bowen, Vincent Lamb and Tristan Green; his pet Ted; and also, Asia Flad, Katie (Flad), Levi Bowen, Kristin (Flad) and Matthew Lamb.
