It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianne Nelson of Enfield, New Hampshire, born in Lebanon, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald A. Crate and Evelyn J. Crate (Sanford); her husband David L. Nelson, Jr.; her brother Donald J. Crate, Sr.; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Gajtka and Kenneth C. Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Brett Nelson (Angelene) and Beth Crate Nelson (Dave); her grandchildren, Lauren Nelson of Statesville, NC, Sarah, Jacob Nelson and Rylie Downing of Mooresville, NC; her siblings, Donna Wheeler (Phil) of Sharon, VT, Richard "Dickie" A. Crate, Sr. (Patsy) of Enfield, Debbie LaCroix (Robert) of Enfield, Dolores "Tweety" Struckhoff (John Kluge) of Enfield, David J. Crate, Sr. (Judy) of Enfield and Doreen Kelton (Ann Stanley); and her sisters-in-law, Anne Gajtka of Weirton, WV and Susan Hunt of Maynard, MA.. She is also survived by many cousins, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousin in-laws.
