He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Proctor and Dorothy Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Janet Proctor; his sister Sandra Pregent (Greg); his nephew Ethan Pregent (Tara); and his great-niece Sophie Pregent.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Enfield Community Building (308 US-4, Enfield, NH 03748).
