He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert J. Herold and Evelyn Herold (Clement); and his sister Kathy Woods. He is survived by: his son Richard "Rich" Herold (Melissa) of Londonderry, NH; his close friend Sandra Camire of East Kingston, NH; and his grandchildren, Ryan Herold (Sabrina) and Kelsey Herold.
