He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Jr. Messer and Pauline Messer (Charest). He is survived by: his wife Diane Messer (Vellette); his children, Renee C. (Thomas Young), Lisa M. (Kenneth Young) and Frank H. IV; his daughter-in-law Jessica of Lowell, MA; his siblings, Jeffrey Messer, Richard Messer of California, Brian Messer, Charlotte Parks, Karen Ord, Joyce Fusco, Lynn Curtin and Christine Muise; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Csky, Alicia, Dylan, Jacob, Zachary, Isabelle and Logan; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Grayson, Wesley and Julian; and his uncle Rev. Edmund Charest. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a fund in Frank's memory to benefit Dr. Dey's Clinic in Bangladesh and sent in care of the Messer Family, or to The Wounded Warrior Project.
