He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Thompson and Florence Thompson (Hall); and his siblings, Madelyn Baker, Jane Currier and John Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rayno of Franklin; his sister Carolyn Currier (Thompson) of Hampstead, NH; his close friend Nancy Rondeau (Bernie); his sons, John "Tiny" Thompson (Christine Vigue) of East Andover, NH, James "Jim" Thompson of East Andover, NH and Jerry Thompson of East Andover, NH; his grandchildren, Jaime Jablonski (Matt) of Jeremy, Jason "Tiggie" Thompson (Chelsea Lafond), India Thompson (Erik Kane), Chelsea Avery (Kenny), Alan Thompson and Kathryn Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Gunner, Ashlyn, Weslee, Gracie, Billy, Able, Zoey and Teddy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, Godchild.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lake View Cemetery.
