He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Martin Winston and Helen Catherine Winston (Dooley) of Witchita Falls, TX.; and his sister Betty Mullenix. He is survived by: his wife Joyce "Joy" Winston (Murdock) of Durham; his daughters, Kirstie Winston of Pennsylvania, Alison Iati of New Jersey and Jessica Winston of Idaho; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Noelle, Lucie, Adam and Robert.
