She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "Sonny" Provost Jr.; her son Keith Provost; her daughter-in-law Shirley Provost; and her siblings, Isabelle Larose, Florence Perkins, Helen Loranger, Chester Zych and Alfred Zych.
She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Zych and Victoria Zych (Pusz); her children, Michael A. Provost of Newmarket, Scott A. Provost of Barrington and Patti Ann Clark (Harold "Butch") of North Berwick, ME; her grandchild Christopher Provost; and her children, Bryson and Blaire. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family suggest memorial donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
