He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Forrest and Ida May Forrest (Young); and his sister Mary Anne Kilburn of Keene. He is survived by: his wife Judy Forrest (Lavoie) of Durham; his children, Sabrina Kirwan (Mike) of Grafton, Glenn Forrest (Ann) of Bow and Michelle Forrest Brulotte (John) of Farmington; his stepchildren, Gary Denyou (Mette) of Norway, Maureen Denyou of Epping and Debra Vassapolli of Hampton; his brother Michael Forrest (Betty) of Keene; and his brother-in-law Walter Kilburn of Keene. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren and four nephews.
