He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Gamlin. He is survived by: his parents, Wilfred Gamlin and Margaret Gamlin (McDiarmid); his wife Aline Gamlin (Lemay) of Dunbarton; his children, Stephen Gamlin (Tina) of Weare and Christine Gamlin of Carrollton; his stepsons, David Bieniek (Roxanne) of Rochester and Jeffrey Bieniek (Melanie) of Epsom; his siblings, Gerald Gamlin of Tewksbury and Joan McMahon of Manchester; his stepmother Priscilla Gamlin of Derry; his former wife Evelyn Friedrich (Hank) of Pembroke; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Brock and Kylie.
