He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Keays and Annie Keays (Ferns); his wife Gloria Keays; and his brothers, Walter and Robert.
He is survived by: his son William Keays (Donna) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Joshua and Justin; and his brother Tom Keays (Anita) of Dover. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
