He is survived by: his children, William T., Randolph A., Deborah A. Mulligan and Susan D Ramsdell; his stepchildren, LeeAnn Luongo, Dwain Lozier, Scott Lozier and Leslie Tanguay; and his sisters, Janet McHugh of Annapolis Maryland, Audrey Pineo of Holbrook Mass and Marsha L Marston of Lewiston. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
