He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie L. Carroll (Henderson); and his significant other Toni Kretsepes of Dover. He is survived by: his parents, Howard W. and Therese Carroll (Hall); his sons, David Carroll (Mary Jane) and Thomas Carroll (Janet); his brother Robert Carroll (Dorothy) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Andrew McGuire of Newfields, Jennifer McGuire of Enfield, Jill McGuire of Holderness and Hilary Carroll McGuire of Swampscott, MA..
