He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Putney and Norma Jewett (Burroughs); his stepfather Clayton Jewett; and his brothers, Rick Woodbury and Dwayne Woodbury.

He is survived by: his daughter Brianna Purrington (Zachary Flux); his grandchildren, Azaleah Jasmyn Flux (Russell Charles Flux) and Linda Mitchell; and his brothers, Dana (Debbie Jewett) and Marty (Joanne Woodbury). He is also survived by family members, also many loving friends.
